Main Street Announces Summer Concert Series
The Spruce Pine Main Street is ready to unveil the recently completed Central Park in downtown Spruce Pine and is doing so with an announcement of a new summer concert series. Main Street’s First Friday concert series will begin the first Friday in June and continue through the first Friday in September. The musical line-up is varied to appeal to music lovers of all genres. The concerts are free to the public and will be held from 6-8 pm. The concert schedule so far includes:
June 5th– the Rockabillys- classic rock
July 3rd– Bruce Ikard – beach music and oldies, August 7th– the Alligators- Blues
September 4th- William Ritter & Sarah Ogletree- old time/folk music
October 2nd– sponsorship available
